Attention Water Customers
As of July 1, 2025, the RTS charge will be increased by $3.87 (quarterly) from $91.34 to $95.21 per quarter. The water usage will remain the same at $6.00 per 1000 gallons used. This increase is due to an increase in the charge we pay to the City of Saginaw.
